Home Sweet Home

I'm so exited to introduce my family of sparrows that live in our front wreath! I love waking up each morning and checking on my birds. The twins are Buster and Junior... as for their parents.... we're still working on those names. Enjoy!!! my fellow bird lovers!

Awwwww. That is the most amazing set of pictures. I love the sign too. How fun.

Did you know Jennifer N. has a nest in the wreath on her front door too? I think there are 4 eggs.

Soooo neat!

What fun! I always loved it when the birds would nest in the ferns I had hanging on my front porch. That was in College Park; the birds in Ravenna sit in the pecan tree and bomb my back deck. Not quite the same warm fuzzy feeling towards my little feathered friends!

What sweet pictures! I made the mistake of letting the girls see them and now they want to go out and catch birds and "make" them live with us. :) By the way, were you as blown away by LOST last night as I was? We DVR'd it and I started watching it about midnight. About 20 minutes into the show, the power went out but I was NOT going to bed until I finished watching. The power came back on at 1:30 am and I finished. All I can say is WOW! Can't wait to talk to you about it. Love you!

Linda! We had NO sound for about 10 min.!!! We could hear the 'background music' but no dialogue!!! I freaked out and blamed David (it wasn't his fault)... he made me take deep breaths and settle down. I'm still not sure what happened on the beach when Jack was getting sick! I'm gonna watch it again tonight! We need to talk! Ahhh!!!

Oh, you are SO funny! Who else do I know that shares my love for Russian history AND has panic attacks over missing LOST? What an odd little pair we are! :) Can't wait until the church picnic tomorrow. I'll try to give you a call today to catch up so I won't end up talking your ear off tomorrow. You know me once I open my mouth. If you really love me you would go out and buy me a muzzle. Or at least send me to a class to learn sign language. I'm sure many people would thank you! :) Love you!!

Hey Jessica, I love the first photo with the baby birds with their beaks wide open. The sign reminds me of your Alice in Wonderland theme at your wedding. (A nice Jessica touch) Happy to see a new post from you. I hope you are doing well! Hugs! By the way, tell Jacob and Joanna hi for me.
