30 DAYS!

I believe this is the first time in 11 years that I have been completely 'drug-free' for 30 days. It has been a horrible month and I'm so glad it's over! No pain meds... no sleep meds... no depression meds... no anti-inflammatories.... no muscle relaxers! I'm not feeling normal yet, but the worst is definitely over. Praise God!
